1976
FOUNDING
Rettifiche Meccaniche Tirelli S.r.l. took life in 1976 from the enterprise spirit of founder leonardo tirelli: starting in his private workshop from an external cylindrical grinder, he soon extended the business with a new production site and internal cylindrical grinders.
1980
TURNING POINT
New opportunity in air compressor sector, first crankshaft grinded in 1980. increased number of important customers led to investments for lathes and. milling machines
1986
GROWING UP
In 1986 crankshafts production process reached 80% of annual turnover, new customers in industrial refrigeration, train braking system and engine high–pressure pump sectors.
2020
TODAY
Rettifiche Meccaniche Tirelli S.r.l. now counts 60 employees and it is investing every year in technology development and industrial automation to ensure high quality standard requested by customers; with ISO 9001 certification, the company is able to implement production of gearless shafts, rotors and worm-crown shrink fittings.
